Chef and owner Sean Carmody has been providing the freshest and most creative hummus to Farmers Markets in New York and New Jersey since 2011. Previously partners at Taiim Falafel Shack until 2016 when he struck out in his own. Scaling back on the scope of the business allowed Sean to focus on creativity and quality above all else. He enjoys experimenting with new flavors and bringing them straight to his customers.
